If you’re looking for birthday party ideas, I hope this inspires you in a small way. I love getting my birthday party ideas from other people’s parties! There are some talented people out there and I could not come up with their ideas on my own, that’s for sure!
Okay guys I’m back today with the full on birthday party recap post! If you want to check out the Hello Kitty Party we had last year, you can find that here!
Winnie the Pooh Birthday Party Ideas
Desserts are the main dish of the party right?! We had carrot cake cupcakes, a regular vanilla cake, and sugar cookies. It was almost too much that we after we sang Happy Birthday, we didn’t have any room for cake in our bellies!
I found these super cute edible bees from Hobby Lobby, that were the perfect addition to the cupcakes and the cake. These added the cutest little detail.
Oh the amazing sugar cookies! I went into more detail in this post on how I made them. They turned out so good. I’m so happy that I tried my hand at making them again!
I got the gold “3” balloon from Michaels using a 30% off coupon. But I had to take it to Party City to have them put helium in it. So all in all I could have just gotten the balloon at Party City. The price came so close that there wasn’t really a savings there.
Here is the full table decor! This was the first time we moved our dining table from the center of the room to the side. It really opened the space up. We put a kids table in front of it and it worked so well.
I had to stop the birthday girl to sneak a picture! This litle dress from Old Navy. It matches so well with the Winnie The Pooh yellow.
We purchased the happy birthday sign from Target and I ordered our cake out. I found a cute cake on Pinterest that was really simple and so I took that picture in with me when I was ordering the cake.
Happy Birthday Emmy!
For our main dish I made Winnie the Pooh pizzas! I was going to make individual pizzas for everyone, but that was going to be way too much work and take way too long to get together. So we made 2 big Winnie the Pooh faces. I used crushed olives for the eyes and nose.
No party is complete without Pooh Bear! He was floating with his balloon above the kids table up the honey tree!
